The Power of Raw Foods

By going raw, you give your body an "inner vacation"—a chance to rest, repair, and heal. Raw foods provide living enzymes and essential nutrients that support the body's natural ability to regenerate. Many long-standing health concerns have improved through this program, including:

Arthritic conditions
Fibromas & Myomas
High Triglyceride Levels
Persistent High Blood Pressure
Chronic Constipation
Thyroid Dysfunction
Hepatitis C

Call us to make an appointment to participate.

Every January, we embrace a 31-day Raw Food Diet, giving our bodies an "inner vacation." By eating raw, we ease the workload on our digestive system, allowing the body to focus on healing and rejuvenation. Many experience improved mental clarity, increased energy, and overall better health as the body absorbs pure, enzyme-rich nutrition.

Cooking destroys essential proteins, vitamins, and minerals, leaving behind nutritionally depleted foods. By consuming fresh, raw foods in their natural state, we maximize nutrient intake and allow our bodies to function at their best.

The Power of Raw Greens

Leafy greens should be crisp, vibrant, and full of life when we eat them—not wilted and brown. Rich in chlorophyll, protein, and nearly every essential nutrient, greens are a cornerstone of a thriving body.

Nourishment from the Land & Sea

To build and maintain strength and vitality, it’s essential to eat foods that are nutritionally dense and life-giving—sprouts, fresh fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, seeds, nuts, and grains. Just like us, these foods rely on the elements of sun, water, earth, and air to sustain life, and they pass that energy on to us.

The Healing Process

Transitioning to raw foods may trigger a healing crisis—temporary symptoms like headaches, rashes, body odor, digestive changes, or mild aches. These are signs that the body is detoxifying. As you continue, these symptoms fade, leaving you feeling renewed.

Because the skin is the largest organ of elimination, we encourage daily detox baths to support the cleansing process:

Alkalizing Bath Recipe

  • 1 pound of baking soda
  • Warm bathwater
  • Soak for 20 minutes, then rinse with a shower
  • Use only natural skin oils—cold-pressed wheat germ oil is an excellent choice

Supporting the Liver, Gallbladder & Pancreas

Start each morning with fresh lemon water (½ a lemon in 8 oz of distilled water). Incorporate fiber-rich foods like beets, cabbage, string beans, and healthy fats like cold-pressed olive oil to nourish these vital organs. During your raw food journey, aim to eat three apples a day or drink fresh apple juice with a touch of ginger for added digestive support.

By going raw, you’re not just changing your diet—you’re reconnecting with nature, cleansing from within, and giving your body the nourishment it deserves.

Are you ready to embrace the healing power of raw foods? Join us on this transformative journey!
